Account Manager (FMCG markets)
Ballybofey
€50,000 – €60000
We are working with a leading Irish FMCG to recruit for their new Account Manager who will join them in Ballybofey and play a key role in supporting and driving their next stage of growth across the Irish & UK markets.
Joining the Commercial Team and help drive our next phase of growth across GB & ROI.
You’ll manage and grow customer relationships across Retail, Foodservice and Wholesale, identify new opportunities and help deliver sales and profitability targets.

- Deliver sales targets and KPIs
- Build strong, trusted customer relationships
- Identify new business and growth opportunities
- Resolve customer issues quickly and effectively
- Work cross-functionally to deliver outstanding customer service
- Support contract renewals, trade shows and new product development
- Gather market and customer insight to strengthen our offering
What we’re looking for:
- Previous FMCG Sales, Business Development or Account Management experience
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Commercially minded, results-driven and confident working with numbers
- A customer-focused approach with the ability to spot opportunities
- Excellent organisation and multitasking skills
- Full UK/Irish driving licence and willingness to travel occasionally across GB & ROI
