About the Role
We are hiring a customer-focused Deskside Support Engineer for a large-scale laptop migration and workplace transformation project in London. You will deliver hands-on, high-touch support to ensure smooth device upgrades and minimal business downtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Device Provisioning: Perform laptop setup, imaging, profile transfers, and post-migration validation (Windows 10/11).
- Deskside Support: Deliver floorwalking, walk-up, and "white-glove" support to end-users post-cutover.
- Troubleshooting: Fix hardware, M365 app, VPN, network connectivity, and printer issues.
- Queue Management: Log and resolve migration support tickets in ServiceNow within strict SLAs.
Requirements
- Strong background in Deskside / EUC Support with enterprise rollout/migration experience.
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience with ManageEngine Desktop Central.
- Solid skills in Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Intune, Autopilot, SCCM, and Active Directory / Entra ID.
- Customer-first mindset with exceptional face-to-face communication skills.
- Must be fully available 5 days/week on-site in London.
