About the role
This is a key leadership role within our production operation, where you'll act as the lead Maintenance Engineer for your production line and play a critical part in driving performance, reliability and continuous improvement. Working as part of a close-knit line leadership team, you'll take ownership of maintenance planning, scheduling and execution, ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently to support operational performance.
You'll lead preventative and corrective maintenance activities, develop and deliver maintenance plans, and use data and root cause analysis to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability. You'll also coach and support colleagues, champion engineering standards and work closely with Production, Technical and Engineering teams to achieve shared goals.
We're looking for someone who combines strong technical expertise with excellent planning and leadership skills, and who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What will you be doing?
Leading maintenance planning and execution
Take ownership of maintenance activities for your production line, ensuring preventative and corrective work is planned, prioritised and completed effectivelyDriving equipment reliability and performance
Review line performance, analyse incidents and equipment stops, and implement solutions that improve reliability and reduce downtimeManaging maintenance schedules and work orders
Develop weekly, monthly and annual maintenance plans, ensuring work orders are appropriately prioritised, tracked and completedChampioning engineering excellence
Maintain technical documentation, support compliance with engineering standards and promote best practice across the operationCoaching and collaborating with others
Work closely with Production, Technical and Engineering colleagues while supporting the development and capability of the wider maintenance team
