Employment Solicitor
Salary: Up to £70,000 DOE
Location: Bristol / South Wales / Fully Remote
PQE: NQ+
Working Format: Hybrid or fully remote

A strong opportunity has arisen for an Employment Solicitor to join a large and growing specialist team, working closely with highly experienced senior lawyers and benefiting from a consistent flow of quality Employment work.
The role offers a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious Employment matters, with plenty of scope to take ownership of files and continue developing technically.
You will:
• Manage your own Employment Law caseload
• Handle Employment Tribunal proceedings
• Advise on unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing matters
• Support both employer and employee clients
• Conduct settlement negotiations and advise on agreements
• Develop further advocacy and client relationship experience
The team offers strong supervision, clear progression opportunities and a supportive environment for Solicitors looking to build a long-term career in Employment Law.
Candidates should have previous Employment Law experience and be comfortable managing contentious matters independently. Strong litigators with relevant transferable Employment exposure may also be considered.
