Key Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the restaurant and cafe operation

• Lead from the front during busy breakfast and lunch services

• Support both front of house and kitchen operations

• Coach, motivate and develop the team

• Maintain high standards of customer service, cleanliness and food safety

• Manage rotas, stock control and day-to-day operational requirements

• Drive sales through excellent service and strong commercial awareness

• Ensure consistently strong hospitality standards

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Cafe Manager or strong Assistant Manager

• Experience within a busy restaurant, cafe, retail food or similar customer-focused operation

• A genuinely hands-on approach to management

• Confidence working across both front of house and kitchen

• Strong leadership and team-development skills

• Commercial awareness and the ability to drive performance

• Excellent organisation and customer-service skills

• A strong hospitality background

• Able to commute reliably to Marlow, including early starts
