Administration Assistant - Level 2

St Patrick's RC Primary School are currently seeking a highly motivated Administation Assistant - Level 2. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Trust at the beginning of a journey of transition, development, and growth within the multi academy trust.

We are seeking to appoint a professional and enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join our team. This is a varied and rewarding role where you will provide essential administrative, reception and financial support, helping to ensure the smooth running of the school.

As the first point of contact for many visitors, parents and pupils, you will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming enviornment while supporting a wide range of administrative tasks, maintaining records, handling financial processes and assisting with school events and activities.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Is highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Has good ICT skills, including MS Office applications.
• Can accurately input information into databases & spreadsheets and maintain manual and computerised records e.g. recording absence and attendance.
• Is able to collate registers and complete relevant returns to the DfE and Local Authority.
• Can work effectively within a busy school environment.
• Shares our commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
