Monday–Friday, initially 9am–5pm

We are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a busy office-based team in the NG17 area on a temporary basis.
This role would suit someone who is immediately available, confident speaking with customers over the telephone and happy to support with a variety of administrative tasks.

The role will involve:

• Handling customer telephone queries
• General administration and data entry
• Updating internal systems and records
• Supporting the wider team with day-to-day tasks
• Providing a professional and helpful service to customers

Hours: Initially Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm. Once trained, there is flexibility to work 8am–4pm, 8:30am–4:30pm or 9am–5pm.
This is an ongoing temporary assignment, with the duration to be reviewed after the first couple of weeks.
You must be available to start either Monday 5th October or during next week, comfortable working fully office-based and genuinely open to temporary work.
