Nursery Practitioner – Primary School

Full-Time | 8:30am – 3:30pm | Start Date: ASAP

Are you a passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner looking to make a real impact in Early Years education? A friendly and supportive primary school in Bordesley Green, Birmingham is seeking an enthusiastic practitioner to join their Early Years team.

This is a full-time, long-term role, starting as soon as possible, working within the school’s vibrant EYFS provision to support the learning, development, and wellbeing of young children.

About the Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key part in creating a positive and nurturing Early Years environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting children across the EYFS age range (Nursery & Reception)
• Creating a safe, stimulating, and engaging learning environment
• Assisting with planning and delivering activities aligned with the EYFS framework
• Encouraging children’s social, emotional, and academic development

What We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• • Experience working with primary-aged children (essential)
  • A relevant Early Years or childcare qualification (Level 2+ preferred)
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development
  • A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to supporting young learners
