Early Years Practitioner

We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone passionate about supporting high-quality early years provision and helping children to thrive in a safe, nurturing and engaging environment.

Working as part of a team, you will support the delivery of play-based learning in line with the EYFS framework, promoting children’s communication, independence and personal development. You will work with individuals and small groups, using high-quality interactions to support learning, development and inclusion for all children, including those with additional needs.

You will contribute to observing, assessing and planning for children’s next steps, support the preparation of an enabling indoor and outdoor environment, and help maintain positive routines and behaviour. You will also build strong relationships with colleagues and families, playing an important role in supporting children’s wellbeing and early development.
