Are you a commercially driven media sales professional with a strong understanding of social, video and content-led advertising?

Our client is looking for an ambitious Senior Sales Manager to join their growing commercial team and drive revenue across a portfolio of high-profile lifestyle brands.

This is an exciting opportunity to combine new business development, strategic account growth and creative selling, working with some of the biggest names across fashion, beauty and lifestyle.

The Opportunity

You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of clients and agencies, building senior relationships and creating opportunities across social, video, digital and branded content.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Winning new business across fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands.
• Building and strengthening relationships with media agencies and clients directly.
• Developing existing accounts and identifying opportunities to increase revenue.
• Pitching creative, social, video and content solutions to senior stakeholders.
• Working closely with content and creative teams to develop commercially compelling campaigns.
• Taking ownership of your pipeline, from initial opportunity through to negotiation, close and campaign delivery.
• Leading proactive brainstorms and bringing new ideas to clients.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who combines strong commercial instincts with a genuine understanding of social media and digital content.

Ideally, you’ll have:

• 2+ years’ experience in media sales, digital advertising, social, video, AdTech or a related environment.
• A strong network across fashion, beauty and lifestyle, ideally alongside media agency contacts.
• Excellent knowledge of social media and video advertising.
• A proven track record of generating and winning new business.
• Experience pitching to and influencing senior decision-makers.
• Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial approach to sales.
• The ability to manage multiple opportunities and campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
