UK Sales Manager, PET Food Packaging 

£150,000+ Base | Performance Bonus | Uncapped Commission

Are you a PET food packaging sales hunter with an established network of UK food manufacturing contacts?

This is a rare opportunity to become the first commercial hire in the UK for an established Canadian manufacturer specialising in PET food packaging and custom thermoformed solutions.

This isn’t a role where you inherit a territory: You’ll build it.

You’ll have the autonomy to:

• Establish and grow the UK division from the ground up
• Open doors with your existing network across food manufacturing and packaging
• Win new business across meat, poultry, seafood, protein, food manufacturing and bakery
• Own the complete sales cycle, prospecting through to contract
• Build relationships with senior procurement, operations and technical decision makers
• Work alongside an experienced Canadian technical and manufacturing team
• Develop the UK territory strategy and turn pipeline into significant revenue

WE'RE LOOKING FOR A TRUE HUNTER

You’ll ideally have:

• 5+ years’ B2B food packaging sales experience
• Strong PET, tray or thermoforming experience
• An established UK network of food manufacturing/packaging contacts
• Knowledge of tray specifications, barrier requirements and MAP
• A proven track record of winning new business
• An entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to build something from scratch
• Willingness to travel extensively across the UK

WHAT'S ON OFFER

• Base salary from £150,000+
• Performance Bonus 20% 1st year 
• Uncapped Commission
• Business travel expenses
