Contract Duration: Temporary 6 months

Hours of Work: 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm

Days of Work: Monday to Friday (37.5hrs)

Work Format: Office based 2 days per week

Hourly Rate: £14.88ph (£29,000pa)

Supporting a long-standing client of ours, we are seeking a temp to provide key administrative support to the Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth sales operations
• Onboarding new clients onto the system
• Gathering and updating all customer information via Excel
• Chasing clients for missing business details via phone and email
• Ensuring accuracy and compliance at all times
• Creating and updating complex documents and correspondence

About You:

• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and time management
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
• Confident working independently and managing time effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other office applications
