Presentation Designer

Most presentation design roles are the last stop in a process. The thinking happens somewhere else, and you make it look good. This presentation design role is different.

The role is with a people impact agency working with senior leaders at some of the UK’s largest financial institutions and global blue-chip firms – the kind of C-suite relationships where the work exists to close the gap between strategic intent and human reality. Their experiences business now accounts for over 60% of turnover and is growing fast, with two major projects landing in November. 

The Role
You’ll turn complex client narratives into screen-ready work that lands in the room – pitch decks that win new business, and live experiences built for senior leadership audiences. PowerPoint is the primary tool as all clients are Microsoft-based, but this is not deck operation. You’ll ideate with creative teams, shape early direction, and move between building ideas from scratch and lifting good work to exceptional.

Roughly 70% of events require you on-site, including international travel – recent work has taken the team to the US, Hong Kong, China and Bali. You’ll refine work in client rehearsals, take feedback live, and present to senior stakeholders directly.

The Person
You’re a Presentation Designer whose primary tool is PowerPoint, and you’re genuinely fluent across Adobe Creative Suite, with strong composition, typography and visual storytelling. Motion graphics are a real advantage here, too. 

You’re confident client-facing, comfortable presenting and taking feedback in front of senior audiences. You could come from a creative, comms or brand agency, or an in-house studio, but what matters most is that you want to contribute ideas, not just execute them.
