Buckinghamshire, UK Dovetail and Slate Faculty Director - Inclusive Practice Location: Buckinghamshire Further Education College Permanent | Full-time £52,000 - £62,000 per annum Are you an experienced FE Curriculum Manager, Head of Faculty, Head of Curriculum or senior education leader with a strong background in SEND and inclusive practice? We are looking for a Faculty Director - Inclusive Practice to provide strategic and operational leadership across SEND, high needs, EHCPs, alternative provision and wider inclusive curriculum provision. The Role Lead and develop Curriculum Managers and business support teams Provide strategic leadership across SEND, high needs and EHCP provision Lead curriculum quality, development and improvement Oversee alternative, subcontracted and partnership provision Monitor student achievement, progression and destinations Lead staff performance management and development Support EHCP consultations, funding and placement decisions Promote Universal Design for Learning, trauma-informed practice and adaptive teaching Lead curriculum growth, planning and business development Work closely with senior leaders, SENCos and external stakeholders Provide leadership across multiple FE College campuses About You Significant Further Education College leadership experience Strong experience leading and managing curriculum teams Extensive line management and performance management experience Strong knowledge of SEND, high-needs funding and EHCP processes Experience of curriculum development and quality improvement Experience with alternative, subcontracted or partnership provision Strong understanding of teaching, learning and assessment Experience using data to drive improvement Experience leading teams through Ofsted inspection Level 5 SEND qualification PGCE, Cert Ed or DTLLS teaching qualification Level 2 English and MathsThis could suit an experienced Faculty Director, Head of Curriculum, Head of Faculty, Assistant Principal or Curriculum Manager ready to take the next step within an FE College.
