The school provides a supportive and inclusive learning environment, with a dedicated resource base supporting children with a range of Additional Learning Needs / ALN. The school is looking to take on a flexible Teaching Assistant on a long-term basis, supporting children within the SEN resource base. The successful Teaching Assistant will work closely with pupils, adapting tasks and activities to suit individual needs while helping children to engage with their learning, develop their independence and achieve their potential.
