• Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
• Provide tailored 1-to-1 and small group support for students needing extra help.

What We're Looking For:

• Relevant experience working with young people (schools, youth work, or tutoring welcome).
• Strong communication, patience, and a sense of humor.
• Enthusiasm for working in secondary education.
• Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service (or willingness to complete one).
