We are seeking a committed Early Years Practitioner to deliver high-quality, evidence-based early help services for children and families. You will work across Family Hubs, community venues, and family homes, supporting children aged 0–9 to achieve positive learning, development, and wellbeing outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity to engage with diverse families and promote inclusive practices.

As an Early Years Practitioner, your key responsibilities will include:

• Planning and delivering engaging play and learning interventions aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage.
• Supporting expectant parents and families with children under three.
• Assisting in the development of speech, language, communication, and global development.
• Conducting assessments and maintaining accurate records to track progress.
• Collaborating with parents as their child’s first educator.
• Working with diverse and seldom-heard families to reduce inequalities and improve outcomes.
• Supporting children with emerging or identified Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
• Partnering with various agencies to ensure comprehensive support for families.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of two years’ experience working with children aged 0-5 and their families.
• An NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent).
• A full driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
• Knowledge of safeguarding children and vulnerable adults.
• Understanding of child development and the importance of early attachments.
• Familiarity with early intervention strategies and working in diverse communities.
