PCV Bus Driver

IntSol Recruitment is currently recruiting experienced PCV Bus Drivers for ongoing, full-time work with an established bus operator in Essex.

This position offers 50 hours of work guaranteed every week and enhanced weekend rates.

Pay Rates

PAYE

• Monday–Sunday: £16.00 per hour
• Bank Holiday: £18.00 per hour

PAYE Including Holiday Pay

• Monday–Sunday: £17.93 per hour
• Bank Holiday: £20.17 per hour

Umbrella

• Monday–Sunday: £21.25 per hour
• Bank Holiday: £23.90 per hour

Job Overview

As a PCV Bus Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers along scheduled routes while providing a professional and reliable service.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced bus drivers looking for consistent, ongoing work with guaranteed weekly hours.

Duties

• Safely operate PCV buses along designated routes
• Follow scheduled routes and timetables
• Carry out daily vehicle safety checks before starting your shift
• Provide a professional and friendly service to passengers
• Follow all road traffic laws and company safety procedures
• Report any vehicle defects, incidents or safety concerns
• Maintain a high standard of professional driving at all times

Requirements

• Valid UK PCV Category D driving licence
• Valid Driver CPC / Driver Qualification Card
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card
• Previous bus driving experience
• Good knowledge of road safety and passenger transport requirements
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Professional, reliable and punctual
