Watford, UK Supply Desk Design & Technology Teacher – Watford Location: Watford area Start-date: September Contract type: Full-time Pay: In line with MPS/UPS pay scale Supply Desk are seeking a professional, passionate, and dedicated Design & Technology Teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive school in the Watford area, starting this September. This full-time role is ideal for a teacher who is passionate about Design & Technology and enjoys inspiring students through creative, practical, and engaging learning experiences. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to helping students develop their technical knowledge, creativity, problem-solving skills, and confidence while contributing positively to the wider school community. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, curriculum-aligned Design & Technology lessons, covering a range of practical and theoretical areas. You will monitor and assess student progress, maintain a safe and well-organised practical learning environment, and communicate effectively with colleagues, parents, and carers where appropriate. The role also offers opportunities to become involved in extra-curricular activities and school initiatives, helping to enrich students' educational experience and encourage their interest in creativity, design, engineering, and practical skills.
