Location: Marden, Kent
Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour – PAYE via Pertemps 
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm
Contract: Ongoing Temporary Role with Temp to Perm Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a well-established company based in Marden, Kent. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hardworking Production Operative seeking ongoing work with the potential to secure a permanent position.

Production Operative Job Duties:

• Hands-on production work
  
  
• Operating production equipment and machinery
  
  
• Picking and packing products
  
  
• Assisting with warehouse duties when required
  
  
• Quality checking finished products
  
  
• Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment
  
  

Production Operative Job Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Production Operative, Warehouse Operative, Manufacturing Operative or Factory Operative is advantageous
  
  
• Good attention to detail
  
  
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  
  
• Comfortable with manual handling tasks
