Finance Co-ordinator

Jackson Hogg is delighted to be partnering with a great client in Sunderland on the appointment of a Finance Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Process purchase invoices 
• Maintain regular communication with relevant sites and suppliers to resolve invoice queries
• Complete balance sheet reconciliations and support month-end processes
• Review and process company expenses and credit card transactions
• Maintain cashbooks and perform bank reconciliations
• Prepare and review payment runs
• Respond to finance-related queries from stakeholders across the business
• Support audit requirements and wider finance projects
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the finance function

About You

• AAT Level 2 qualified
• Purchase Ledger experience
• Understanding of finance systems and financial data management
• Knowledge of VAT rules and guidelines
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across the business
