The Opportunity

A well-established and highly regarded regional law firm is seeking an experienced Associate or Senior Associate Solicitor to join its growing Private Client team.

The Team

You will join a sizeable and experienced Private Client department, working closely with senior colleagues and partners across multiple office locations. The team continues to expand its client base and is recognised for delivering high-quality advice across a broad range of private client matters.

The Role

You will manage a varied caseload of Private Client work, including:

• Wills and estate planning
• Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
• Estate administration and probate matters
• Creation and administration of trusts
• Business development and networking activities
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Hybrid working is available following probation, with flexibility offered subject to business and client requirements.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will be:

• A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
• Experienced in Private Client law with 5+ years PQE
• Confident managing your own caseload
• Committed to delivering exceptional client care
• Skilled at developing relationships with clients and referrers
• Commercially aware with an interest in business development
• Able to work collaboratively within a wider team
• In possession of a full UK driving licence

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding client service at all times
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and professional contacts
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practice guidelines
• Adhere to GDPR and relevant accounts regulations
• Support effective file and matter management
• Contribute to marketing, networking and cross-referral opportunities across the firm
