Residential Property Lawyer – Our client, a highly accredited and highly regarded Wiltshire practice has asked us to find them a further Residential Property Lawyer to join their team.
About the Role
This professional; yet friendly firm are now looking for a further Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive, c.2PQE+ to take on an existing caseload. Working alongside a busy, diverse and proactive team with colleagues ranging from experienced seniors to paralegals and conveyancing assistants you will be handling a range of transactions from start to completion. The caseload will consist of, sales & purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, remortgaging, lease extensions, shared ownership, right to buy and transfer of equity.
Candidate Requirements
They are seeking a commercially aware Lawyer who can advise on a wide range of property transactions and add value to the practice. The ideal applicant will need to have 2-4 years relevant PQE, be willing to go the extra mile, deliver the highest standards of client care, have sound marketing skills and an approachable manner.
