The Role

As a Property Manager, you will:

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties
• Coordinate and oversee property management matters
• Carry out regular property inspections
• Liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors as required
• Address and resolve property management issues efficiently
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the tenancy
• Contribute to the overall success and growth of the branch

Property Manager requirements:

• Previous experience as a Property Manager within Estate Agency
• Strong knowledge of residential property management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Customer-focused with a professional approach
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a successful team
• Proactive, reliable and motivated approach
