Assembly Operative

DC Personnel are currently recruiting for a Assembly Operative for the LE3 area of Leicester.

Location: Leicester, LE3

Salary: £12.71 per hour

Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00-3:30pm Full-time / Ongoing

The Role:

Working alongside experienced printers and production staff, you will assist with the preparation, finishing and assembly of printed products and signage.

Full training will be provided, making this an ideal opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail, a practical approach and an interest in developing new skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting the assembly team in the assembly of signs
• LED Illumination of signage
• Print / vinyl application
• Bonding of acrylic
• Letter layouts
• Assemble signs and finished products.
• Construction of large totem signs
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and organised workstation.
• Follow company production, quality and health & safety procedures.
• Work as part of a team to meet production deadlines

• Has good practical and manual skills.
• Can follow instructions accurately.
