The Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Dual Registered Manager to oversee two established solo-bed children’s residential homes in the BH15 area of Poole.

The homes support children and young people with complex needs, including Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and Learning Disabilities (LD).

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager who is confident overseeing multiple services and is passionate about maintaining high standards of care, safeguarding and support. You will have responsibility for ensuring both homes continue to provide safe, nurturing and high-quality environments for the young people they support.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager within children’s residential care.

• Experience managing children and young people with complex needs.

• Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and children’s residential legislation.

• Experience working with EBD and/or LD.

• Strong leadership and people-management skills.

• Excellent safeguarding knowledge.

• Ability to confidently oversee and manage two services.

• Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management for Children and Young People, or willingness to work towards this.

• A genuine passion for improving outcomes for children and young people.

• Eligibility to live and work in the UK without s p o n s o r s h i p
