About the role
Randstad is thrilled to offer a fantastic role for a Customer Service Administrator to join a market-leading global distributor in Belfast (BT3) on an initial 3-month contract (with potential for extension).
Step into a supportive environment where you'll play a key part in providing crucial temporary cover. You will keep customer orders moving seamlessly from placement to delivery while collaborating closely with the sales team.

Requirements
- A minimum 6 months experience in a customer service administrative role
- Specific transport, logistics, or industrial admin experience is preferred (but not essential)
- Candidates MUST drive and have access to a car for commuting purposes
- Proven ability to stay calm, professional and focused when things get busy
- Exceptional communication skills and a passion for helping people
- High level of attention to detail and a care for getting things right
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle several tasks at once
- Great customer service skills
- Reliable and comfortable working within a structured, service-focused environment
Responsibilities
- Processing customer orders from start to finish, including entering orders and invoicing
- Providing support to internal and external Account Managers across all product lines
- Keeping customers informed and efficiently addressing day-to-day inquiries and updates
- Following up on open orders, payments or any outstanding issues
- Working closely with Business Development Managers and the Logistics team to ensure smooth operations
- Delivering a warm, professional service to elevate the overall customer experience
- All aspects of office administrative support to including filing, faxing, scanning, uploading documents, system updates and data entry
