Customer Service Advisor – Northwich – £24,800 + monthly bonus – OTE £30k – Permanent

Are you an experienced Customer Service professional looking for a new opportunity with an established and friendly team? We’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy existing team, where you’ll be responsible for providing a high level of service to customers and helping to coordinate day-to-day appointments and engineer visits. This is a varied role where no two days are quite the same, so you’ll need to be organised, confident speaking to customers and comfortable managing several different tasks at once. Your responsibilities will include:

• Dealing with customer enquiries via telephone, email and WhatsApp
• Responding to queries and providing helpful, professional customer service
• Arranging and coordinating customer appointments
• Liaising with engineers across different regions
• Managing and updating customer information
• Keeping customers informed throughout the process
• Handling multiple enquiries and priorities in a busy environment
• Working closely with the wider team to ensure customers receive a smooth and efficient service

The successful candidate will have around 1–2 years’ experience within an office or customer service environment. Excellent communication skills, good attention to detail and the ability to organise and prioritise your own workload. Candidates must be confidence dealing with customers over the phone, have a friendly and professional approach and the ability to remain calm and organised when things get busy. A good geographical knowledge would be advantageous. No specific qualifications are required — we are more interested in your experience, attitude and ability to provide great customer service. In return the company offer free onsite parking, the ability to earn a monthly bonus and a potential OTE of around £30,000. Free parking, 23 days’ holiday + bank holidays and a Christmas shutdown.
