• Crisis Management: Confidently de-escalating heightened behaviours using proven techniques (PMVA).
• Trauma-Informed Care: Understanding the "why" behind behaviours to build trust and security.
• Holistic Support: Managing appointments, family contact, and structured daily activities.
• Clinical Reporting: Delivering high-quality incident reports and insights that shape future care plans.

We are looking for professionals who offer a blend of skill, commitment, and personality.

1. Experience & Skills

• Minimum 6 months of paid UK experience in a residential or crisis setting.
• Proven ability to de-escalate aggression, self-harm, or destructive behaviours with a calm, non-judgemental approach.
• A firm grasp of professional boundaries and "safe touch" protocols.
• PMVA Training is highly desirable (though we can provide training for the right candidates).

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for a new one).
• Full UK Driving Licence with Business Insurance (Highly Preferred).
