Salary: Up to 45,000 depending on experience
Hours: Full time | 37.5 hours per week including weekends
Location: Belfast
Experience: Qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser with a minimum of 12 months experience

Responsibilities:

• Conduct 1-hour hearing assessments, taking the time to understand each customer’s individual needs and lifestyle.
• Recommend, fit and demonstrate hearing solutions tailored to each customer, providing a truly personalised experience.
• Deliver excellent aftercare and ongoing support, building trusted, long-term relationships with customers.
• Play an active role in the continued growth of the Hearcare business, with the opportunity to develop your clinical skills and progress your career.

What we are looking for:

To get started, you’ll need to be a qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser (HAD) who is passionate about delivering excellent patient care.

You’ll also bring:
