Stores Coordinator Location: Farnborough Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 Job type: Permanent An established manufacturing and engineering business is looking for a reliable and organised Stores Coordinator to join its Supply Chain team. This is a hands-on role focused on picking and packing, coordinating dispatch activities, maintaining an efficient stores area, and ensuring materials are available to support production and customer deliveries. As a Stores Coordinator you can benefit from: Salary of £30,000 - £32,000 plus an annual performance-based bonus, typically 5-10% of salary 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays Company pension scheme with salary sacrifice option and enhanced employer contributions Life assurance at 3x basic salary Employer-funded health cash plan with the option to upgrade cover Enhanced maternity and paternity pay Cycle to Work and Electric Vehicle schemes (eligibility criteria apply) Free onsite parking, electric vehicle charging points and regular company events The role of a Stores Coordinator will include: Picking, packing and issuing materials to production Organising daily dispatch activities and preparing shipments for UK and international customers Booking goods in and out, maintaining accurate stock records and updating ERP systems Keeping the stores area organised, ensuring stock accuracy and supporting inventory control activities Verifying deliveries against purchase orders and investigating discrepancies Supporting production requirements while ensuring compliance with quality and health & safety procedures The ideal Stores Coordinator should have the following skills and experience: Previous experience within a stores, warehouse, logistics or inventory environment Strong picking, packing and dispatch experience Good attention to detail with an organised and methodical approach to stock control Experience using ERP, warehouse management or inventory systems Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively within a busy operational environment Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude If you’re interested in joining this company as their Stores Coordinator, APPLY NOW!
