Are you a miller looking to further your career through training on milling and turning within a longstanding precision engineering company known for looking after their staff with a range of benefits such extra pay via enhanced overtime, bonuses and flexible working hours?
Established in the 1950's this independent precision engineering company manufactures for a range of sectors, with a particular focus on their ever-growing aerospace wing. They are now looking for the next person to join their expert team of engineers.
Within this days-based role, you will be running a cell consisting of a Mill and a Lathe where you will be programming, operating and setting DMG Mori machines with Siemens controls (training provided). You will earn the potential for increasing your earnings with bonusses and overtime, choosing your start time, and you will be leaving before 1pm every single Friday.
This role will suit a Miller eager to undertake the next step in their career to earn more and progress within an established precision manufacturer.
The Role:
- Setting and operating Mills and Lathes
- Undertake programming (training provided)
- Working Monday-Thursday (7:30am-4:30pm) and Fridays (7:30am-12:30pm) with flexible start and finish time
- Opportunity for overtime (1.5x pay), training and quarterly attendance bonus
The Person:
- CNC Programmer / Operator or similar
- Experience working on Mills
- Commutable to Woking
