About the role
Are you a confident and enthusiastic Telesales Executive looking for a part-time opportunity?
Job title: Telesales Executive
Location: Dover
Salary: £18,000 per annum + commission
Hours: Monday to Friday 9.30am - 2.30pm
The role:
You will work to develop and grow the company's customer base while identifying and generating new business opportunities through outbound telephone sales and cold calling.

Free parkingKey responsibilities would be to:
Make outbound calls to existing and prospect customers to promote customs clearance services.
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
Prepare and issue written quotations for customers.
Identify and generate leads for the wider sales team.
Work with the Customs Clearance and Operations teams to ensure customer requirements are understood and service levels are maintained.
Support the growth and development of the company's client base. Experience and skills required:
Previous telesales experience is a must.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A confident and professional telephone manner.
An enthusiastic, proactive and positive attitude.
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
The ability to work independently.
Knowledge of customs clearance procedures would be desirable.
Experience in freight forwarding, shipping or logistics would be desirable. Next steps:
