Your Role

As an experienced Software Engineer, you’ll leverage your strong technical foundation and passion for high-quality software solutions. You’ll thrive in complex environments, navigating the software development lifecycle with ease. Your problem-solving skills and ability to influence technical decisions will be key as you collaborate with stakeholders, mentor others, and contribute to innovative engineering products.

Core Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Engage in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements capture to verification and deployment.
• Create solutions and produce supporting technical documentation.
• Review, analyze, and enhance software products for performance, robustness, and efficiency.
• Apply your understanding of software engineering methodologies, processes, standards, and best practices.
• Work within large, complex engineering or product development environments.

Essential Skills

• Proficient in software development using Ada, with additional experience in C++ preferred.
• Background in software product development and/or delivery, ideally in a large, complex multi-project environment.
• Solid understanding of software engineering methodologies, processes, procedures, and best practices.

The Combat Management System Software Team
