About the role
Systems Manager
Job descriptionFull Time, Fixed Term for 12 months
Technology delivers value when it helps people work better.
We're looking for a Systems Manager to take ownership of a key business system to ensure it meets the needs of services, staff and residents. Focused on Concerto, our integrated workplace management system supporting our corporate landlord team, the role may evolve to support other strategic systems across the council as priorities change.
You'll work with users, managers, suppliers and digital teams to identify needs, define and prioritise improvements, and ensure changes are delivered successfully. This could involve hands-on system configuration and reporting, or coordinating more complex developments such as integrations, upgrades and data imports.
We're looking for someone who can build strong relationships, translate business needs into practical solutions, and drive continuous improvement from idea through to implementation.
If you enjoy improving services through technology and making systems work better for their users, we'd love to hear from you.
