About the Role
Machine MinderAM2PM Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Machine Minder to join a busy soup manufacturing site in Grimsby.
The successful candidate must have previous experience operating and minding production machinery, ideally within a food manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for ensuring machinery runs efficiently, minimising downtime and maintaining high production and quality standards.
Details of a Machine Minder:
Location: Grimsby, Europarc
Pay Rate: £17.24 per hour
Shifts: Sunday to Thursday, 2pm-10pm
Job Type: Temp to Perm
Responsibilities of a Machine Minder:
- Operating and monitoring production machinery throughout the shift.
- Setting up and adjusting machinery as required.
- Carrying out routine machine checks and monitoring performance.
- Identifying and reporting machinery faults or breakdowns.
- Monitoring product quality and completing relevant paperwork.
Requirements of a Machine Minder:
- Previous machine minder or machine operating experience is essential.
- Experience within food manufacturing is highly desirable.
- Good understanding of production machinery and processes.
- Ability to identify and resolve minor machine issues.
