About the role
We are seeking an experienced SQL Developer to support a critical Conflict of Interest (COI) Data Integration Project. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering robust SQL Server integrations, data migration processes, and trusted datasets within a complex enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimise T-SQL stored procedures, tables, views, indexes and database objects.
- Design and implement data integration, migration and synchronisation processes.
- Build and maintain ETL solutions using SQL Server and SSIS.
- Develop data validation, cleansing, deduplication and reconciliation processes to ensure data quality.
- Create and support migration outputs, delta detection logic and synchronisation queues.
- Support testing, deployment, cutover activities and technical documentation.
- 5+ years' experience in Microsoft SQL Server development.
- Strong T-SQL programming expertise.
- Experience with SQL Server (on-premises) environments.
- Proven experience with ETL processes and SSIS.
- Database schema design and implementation experience.
- Knowledge of Visual Studio, Azure DevOps/version control, and SQL development best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
- Automated testing and peer review experience.
- Exposure to Microsoft Dataverse.
