About the role
Driver Require is recruiting Yard Marshals for our client based in Coventry (CV8).Pay Rate:Day shift:£12.71 per hour + holiday pay (£14.24 per hour including holiday pay).Night shift: £13.21 per hour + holiday pay (£14.80 per hour including holiday pay).Shift Patterns:19:00 – 03:3021:00 – 05:3010:30 – 19:00The Role:Coordinate and direct HGVs around the yard.Ensure vehicles are parked in the correct bays and loading areas.Manage vehicle movements safely and efficiently.Liaise with Gatehouse, warehouse and transport teams.Assist drivers with site directions and instructions.Monitor yard activity and prevent congestion.Carry out vehicle checks and report any damage or issues.Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times.About You:Previous Yard Marshal or transport experience is an advantage.Reliable, punctual and organised.Good communication skills.Confident dealing with HGV drivers.Able to work independently and follow instructions.Good awareness of health and safety.Ongoing work with immediate starts available.If this sounds right for you, apply today – don't delay!Free text DRIVER to 80800 and we will be in contact, or call [phone removed] to apply.#INDNORTH
