The basics:
- Job Title: CMM Inspector Lead inspector
- Location: near Alfreton
- Position: Permanent
- Basic salary: up to £21.17 per hour / £42,932 per annum basic + overtime paid at 1.5 Monday to Saturday.
- Hours: Monday-Thursday (7.30am-4.30pm) and Fridays (7.30am-2.00pm)
- Holidays/Benefits: 33 days, 13 weeks company sick pay, company pensions
Overview
Working within first class purpose built manufacturing facilities we now require a CMM Inspector to lead the inspection team. You will be tasked to lead a team of x4 quality inspectors whilst working closely with the quality manager to maintain first class quality in this high precision manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate / CMM Inspector may have some of the following, however, please note these are only desirable and not essential as all applications will be looked at individually:
- Ability to measure and inspect detailed machined and fabricated parts
- Must be able to interpret detailed engineering drawings
- Ability to use and program CMM machinery
- Experienced in FAIRS/first article inspection reports
Location: Alfreton, Heanor, Clay Cross, Hucknall and surrounding areas
