Change Manager

My client in Greater London are looking to appoint a talented Change Manager on an interim basis. My client are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commissioning and Procurement Officer - Policy and Governance to support the delivery of its commissioning governance and policy workstream. What's on offer: Salary: 500 per day inside IR35 negotiable based on experience please submit your CV with the rate you require Hybrid working Contract type: Interim Monday - Friday About the role: Based in Greater London (Hybrid): Develop and deliver engaging change approaches that help employees understand the programme, its objectives and the impact on their roles and servicesWork across all directorates, engaging with colleagues at every level to understand concerns, gather feedback and adapt communications and engagement activities accordinglyIdentify, establish and support a network of Change Champions across the Council to encourage participation, ownership and positive engagementDevelop and coordinate a Staff Reference Panel, ensuring employee perspectives and insights inform the programme's approach and delivery About you: You will have the following experiences: Extensive experience in a similar roleDemonstrable experience of leading, supporting or facilitating organisational change within a complex organisationExperience developing and delivering effective change engagement or communication activitiesLocal Authority experience is essential How to apply Once your CV is received, if you are successful you will be contacted.Due to the extremely high number of applications, it may not be possible to contact every applicant.
