We are on the hunt to find a new office administrator for our lovely client based in Ruislip. This role will be supporting the wider business and ensuring everything is running smoothly for the day to day operation.
The role is a varied position and would suit somebody who is happy to muck in and roll their sleeves up! Somebody with excellent communication skills and a warm and friendly manner when dealing with clients and colleagues.
The ideal candidate will have previous office admin experience.
Duties include:
- Answering and transferring calls across the business
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Managing incoming and outbound post
- Ensuring all office supplies and equipment are ordered
- Updating company databases
- Booking and organising meeting rooms
- Drafting and sending letters
- Ensuring annual office safety checks have been booked and carried out
This is a fantastic role for somebody who enjoys working in a busy office and likes to get involved supporting on many team tasks and projects.
