THE ROLE
- Skilled butchery, including cutting, trimming and deboning.
- Preparing high-quality meat products to specification.
- Working within a chilled, clean room production environment.
- Maintaining excellent hygiene, cleanliness and food safety standards.
- Working as part of a fast-paced production team.
- Flexible to suit, working a 10 hour day on a full time basis.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous experience as a qualified butcher.
- Excellent knife skills and knowledge of meat preparation.
- A good understanding of food hygiene and safety.
- A reliable, hardworking and positive attitude.
- Someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a team.
