Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in Ware, United Kingdom. Provide personal care support to service users, including assistance with daily living activities such as washing, dressing, and grooming

Support service users with mobility and movement, ensuring their safety and dignity at all times

Maintain a clean and safe environment for service users, including their homes and communal spaces

Communicate effectively with service users, listening to their needs and preferences with patience and empathy

Work collaboratively with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to ensure consistent, high-quality care

Assist with meal preparation and support service users with eating and drinking where required

Monitor and report any changes in service users' health or wellbeing to appropriate team members

Maintain accurate and detailed records of care provided, ensuring confidentiality at all times

Support service users with social activities and engagement to promote their wellbeing and independence

Adhere to all health and safety protocols, safeguarding procedures, and organizational policies

Undertake training and development opportunities to enhance your knowledge and skills in care provision

Demonstrate person-centered care practices that respect individual preferences and promote service user autonomy

Part/full time hours to suit your lifestyle

£12.75-£15.00 per hour

Wise pay-Access up to 50% of your salary before pay day
