About the role
Multi-Skilled Engineer
Manufacturing
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off 6-6
Role:
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities across the site
- Responding quickly to equipment breakdowns and fault-finding issues
- Supporting production teams to maximise efficiency and performance
- Completing maintenance work orders and updating maintenance systems accurately
- Ensuring all factory areas are ready for production start-up
- Driving continuous improvement, reliability, and root cause analysis activities
- Contributing to cost reduction initiatives while minimising production downtime
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an engineering maintenance and fault-finding role within an FMCG environment
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical maintenance skills
