ALH Recruitment are looking to recruit an E-Commerce Manager with immediate effect for our client who continue to grow and lead their market, based in Peterborough.
E-Commerce Manager
They're looking for an E-Commerce Manager to lead the growth, optimisation and performance of their online stores across multiple brands.
This is a hands-on, commercial role where you’ll improve conversion journeys, launch new products, drive basket value and collaborate with marketing and content teams to deliver standout customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise online stores across multiple brands (products, pricing, navigation, promotions)
- Own e-commerce reporting and key growth metrics (conversion, AOV, revenue, retention)
- Plan and deliver campaign activity aligned with marketing and content calendars
- Work with web/development teams to implement improvements and new features
- Launch and refine bundles, products, upsell flows and checkout journeys
- Continuously test and enhance landing pages and purchase flows
What they're looking for
- Strong commercial mindset with proven e-commerce experience
- Confident using analytics tools to make data-led decisions
- Strong e-commerce expertise, with hands-on experience managing and growing sales across platforms including Shopify, Amazon and TikTok Shop
- Ability to manage multiple brands and stakeholders
- Proactive, test-and-learn approach — curious, creative and results-driven
