Management Accountant

Job Summary

• We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Qualified Management Accountant to support the finance team in delivering accurate financial reporting, balance sheet integrity, and efficient month-end processes.
• The successful candidate will have broad management accounting experience across financial reporting, reconciliations, fixed assets, intercompany accounting, billing, and outsourced accounts payable oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly management accounts and month-end close activities.
• Prepare journals, accruals, prepayments, and accounting adjustments.
• Take ownership of Balance sheet by preparing reconciliations and supporting schedules.
• Maintain fixed asset registers and investment property accounting records.
• Process and reconcile intercompany transactions and balances.
• Support management agreement accounting and service charge accounting.
• Support and prepare monthly project accounting deliverables.
• Coordinate billing and accounts receivable activities.
• Liaise with outsourced accounts payable providers and monitor performance.
• Support audits, process improvements, and finance projects.

Skills & Experience

• Qualified ACCA, CIMA.
• Strong understanding of month-end processes and reconciliations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
