That's why every Personal Trainer at Third Space has access to our industry-leading PT Academy, designed to help you develop your expertise, deepen your specialisms and stay at the forefront of an ever-evolving industry.

Led by our in-house team of Educators and Head of PT Education, the Academy delivers:

• Strength & Conditioning
• Sports Performance
• Nutrition
• Women's Health
• Ongoing CPD and specialist development

We're also proud to be the only accredited training provider in the UK delivering Mike Boyle's CFSC qualification.

During your first 18 months, you'll complete a structured modular learning journey, gaining recognised qualifications and practical coaching skills that help you deliver exceptional results for members and accelerate your own development.

Every Personal Trainer also completes a minimum of six days of further professional education each year, ensuring you continue to grow, evolve and raise your standards throughout your career.

How it works

• Full-time, permanently employed position
• No rent
• No mandatory gym-floor shifts
• Purely focused on Personal Training
• First five months salary of £30,784 pro rata whilst building your client base
• Month six transition to our pay-per-session model
• Earnings increase through our tiered session delivery structure
• Ongoing support from Fitness Managers, Assistant Fitness Managers and the PT Education team

What we're looking for

You will hold a minimum Level 3 REPs/CIMSPA qualification (or equivalent) and have a proven track record of building a successful PT business.

More importantly, you'll bring:
