About the role
Location: Severn Beach, BS35
Job Role: FLT Driver Night Shift
Hours: Sunday to Thursday 10.00pm-6.00am
Role Type: Temp to perm
Hourly rate: £16.07 - £20.09 per hour
Gap personnel are working with The Range Distribution Centre in Severn Beach & are recruiting for 20 Reach Forklift Drivers to work on an ongoing, temporary to permanent basis. Applicants must hold a valid and in date Reach Forklift Licence.
The client is a growing retail business with a fantastic state of the art Distribution Centre & has an inclusive and diverse workforce. The site has staff rest areas with lockers provided & canteen with vending machines & microwaves.
Immediate starts available for successful candidates
Pay Structure
£16.07 per hour for night shift, £20.09 overtime after 40 hours
Xmas Bonus, if you work over 4 shifts per week, £0.50 for every hour worked is retained and will be paid out on 19th December.
Main Duties Include,
- Driving reach truck to unload/load deliveries
- Complete warehouse replenishment to pick faces
- Stoick movements across the warehouse as needed
- Palletising stock and putting away
- Replenishment of stock locations
- Loading HGV and goods out
- Despatch and checking
- Working to health and safety standards
The successful candidates will;
- Hold a Counterbalance/ Reach forklift licence
- Be able to work shifts reliably
- Have a good English level
- Have previous experience in a similar role
- Want a long-term role with a growing company
