Children's Support Worker

We'd like you to join us as a Children's Support Worker to care for our young client in Redruth. What you'll be doing: This role is to support a wonderful 11 year old boy with complex clinical health needs in his own home, where he lives with his family and dogs. Our clients’ needs include learning disabilities, PEG feed, challenging behaviour, non-verbal, epilepsy and he wears splints. We will provide full specialist training and shadow shifts. Shifts: Weekday evenings (4.15pm-8.15pm) and Sundays (12pm-8pm) 3-4 shifts a week available Part time In this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance. While the role is offered on a flexible zero-hours contract, the work is ongoing and typically provides a stable working pattern with the same client.
