Devon
JWR is recruiting a passionate Food & Beverage Manager for an established four-star coastal hotel in Devon, enjoying spectacular sea views and a prime coastal location.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on hospitality leader to develop a strong team, shape service standards and deliver memorable dining experiences within a busy hotel.

The Role
You'll lead the day-to-day Food & Beverage operation, setting the standard for warm, attentive service and creating an environment where your team can thrive.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading from the front during service, maintaining a visible presence with guests and colleagues.
- Recruiting, training and developing an engaged team.
- Managing rotas to balance business demand with effective staffing.
- Building excellent menu knowledge and encouraging confident recommendations.
- Taking ownership of guest feedback and resolving concerns professionally.
- Working closely with the kitchen and wider hotel team to deliver a seamless guest experience.
Requirements
You'll be an experienced Food & Beverage Manager or an accomplished Assistant F&B Manager ready for your next step, ideally with a background in quality hotels.
A confident communicator and natural team leader, you'll bring a passion for hospitality, a practical approach and a commitment to consistently high standards.
This is a full-time role requiring flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
